Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec notre prestataire de recouvrement (GBS – Global Business Services) pour résoudre les litiges les plus complexes et assurer un recouvrement efficace. Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez  : Suivre les litiges chantier et commerce remontés par GBS et accompagner les agences dans leur résolution Veiller au respect des délais de traitement des litiges clients Décider de l’orientation des dossiers avant contentieux ou passage en pertes et profits Analyser les comptes clients complexes et participer aux réunions clients Être le point de contact quotidien de GBS pour les questions de process et d’expertise métier Participer aux réunions de suivi des créances et du cash avec les agences Suivre les contrats suspendus pour non-paiement avec les Directeurs d’agence Gérer le processus de validation des décomptes généraux définitifs avec les managers projets Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir : Bac +3 en finance, recouvrement ou équivalent 5 à 10 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Office 365) et des systèmes d’information finance (JDE, Altysis…) Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de gestion de la complexité Sens du résultat, rigueur et autonomie Aisance en communication écrite et orale Esprit d’équipe et capacité à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés Suivi d’indicateurs de performance et analyse de données Quels sont les avantages ?
