Date Posted: 2026-02-03 Country: France Location: 31 Av de Montoires, 45500, Gien, France Aperçu du poste Pour accompagner le service Engineering , nous recherchons un ingénieur mécanique senior qui pilotera la modernisation et l’amélioration continue des systèmes, sous-systèmes et composants d’ascenseurs, en concevant des solutions mécaniques et électromécaniques innovantes. Vous mènerez des projets visant à renforcer la valeur, la fiabilité et la compétitivité des produits, tout en contribuant à la transformation d’Otis vers des offres plus intelligentes, plus durables et plus économiques. Au cours d'une journée type, vous devez : • Modernisation, Nouveaux Équipements & Innovation Piloter la conception et l’intégration de nouveaux composants, sous‑systèmes et kits de modernisation pour ascenseurs, en mettant l’accent sur la création de valeur, l’extension du cycle de vie et la préparation au digital. Appliquer des principes d’ingénierie avancés pour fournir des solutions robustes, conformes et modulaires. En tant que membre d’une équipe produit, participer à la Communauté de Pratique en Ingénierie Mécanique et Systèmes. Analyser les tendances du secteur et définir des solutions alignées sur les objectifs business d’Otis, en tirant parti des opportunités de modernisation et en gérant l’obsolescence. • Leadership de Projet Gérer des projets de développement de bout en bout, du concept à l’industrialisation, en garantissant le respect des délais et des budgets. Collaborer avec les équipes transverses (systèmes, production, achats, qualité, terrain) pour converger sur les exigences et optimiser le coût total de possession. Soutenir les business cases liés aux initiatives de modernisation, incluant l’évaluation des risques techniques et l’analyse du ROI. • Amélioration Continue Identifier et mettre en œuvre des opportunités de standardisation, modularité et réutilisation entre plateformes. Mener des analyses de causes racines et piloter les actions correctives pour améliorer les performances produits et la satisfaction client. Contribuer à la digitalisation des processus d’ingénierie (PLM, MBSE, conception pilotée par les données). • Conformité & Documentation Garantir que toutes les conceptions respectent les codes et normes de sécurité en vigueur (EN 81-20/50, ISO 8100, exigences internes Otis). Préparer et valider la documentation technique, les plans et les enregistrements de modifications conformément aux systèmes PLM et qualité d’Otis.
