Vous interviendrez sur le périmètre IDF/NORD/OUEST pour accompagner les équipes, contrôler les appareils et garantir l’application des standards OTIS. Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez  : Planification & Organisation Planifier, organiser et communiquer le programme annuel des visites auprès des régions et agences. Vous rendre sur les sites définis lors de l’élaboration du planning. Audits & Contrôles Techniques Visiter et contrôler techniquement les appareils : - ​ OFAG et OSA pour la maintenance - CE pour la construction - Contrôler la conformité des escalators ​ Vérifier la bonne application des standards OTIS et la qualité des interventions. Sécurité & Conformité Veiller à la compréhension et au respect des règles de sécurité OTIS par les équipes. Contrôler le management de la sécurité via les audits FPA et Hazard Scan . Formation & Accompagnement Former et accompagner les équipes auditées aux bonnes pratiques de maintenance, de montage et de réglage des appareils. Sensibiliser à la qualité, à la sécurité et aux processus OTIS. Reporting & Communication Mettre en ligne les résultats : FPA, OSA, HZ, OFAG et CE . Préparer les présentations pour les régions et agences. Présenter les résultats aux directions régionales concernées, analyser les écarts et proposer des axes d’amélioration. Remonter les sujets qualité identifiés aux différents CLC selon les cas rencontrés. Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir : Expérience technique confirmée dans le domaine des ascenseurs ou équipements similaires Maîtrise des audits OFAG, OSA, FPA et CE (ou capacité à se former rapidement). Capacité à communiquer clairement et pédagogiquement. Rigueur, objectivité et sens de l’analyse. Aisance dans la présentation de résultats et la gestion de discussions avec les équipes et managers.
