Essential Functions: Perform planning and budgeting support; prepare detailed work papers and documentation for reporting and budgeting. Prepare annual rate package and cycle count/physical inventory exemption documentation. Generate invoices in Government procurement systems and provide data for customer audits or inquiries. Analyze month-end variances, WIP, shipments, and labor history trends; adjust proposals using learning curve factors and judgment. Prepare justification and performance reviews for manufacturing overhead budgets; reconcile reports as needed. Conduct operations audits and participate in month-end closing activities, including journal entries. ​ Minimum Qualifications : Experience : 2-4 years of experience in cost accounting or related area. Knowledge : Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley; Knowledge of financial systems and budget process; Knowledge of manufacturing methods and processes utilized in a high technology electronics design and manufacturing operation Skills/Abilities :  Ability to organize and present financial data in a clear and concise manner; Ability to effectively express self orally and in writing to prepare comprehensive analyses, recommendations and reports; Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal staff and outside professionals Education/Certification : BA or BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related degree Eligibility Requirement:  This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government. Additionally, as a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
