Supported by advanced training and cutting-edge technology, you’ll grow as an educator and find purpose in helping pilots excel, no matter the challenges they face.                                                                                                           We are hiring multiple full‑time Instructor Pilots for the Bombardier Business Jet Platform (Global & Challenger) at our Montreal Training Centre . Key responsibilities include: Delivering high‑quality simulator and ground school instruction. Preparing and conducting briefings and debriefings. Ensuring training aligns with Transport Canada, FAA, and CAE standards. Maintaining your own qualifications and participating in continuous professional development. Sharing your aviation knowledge and fostering a collaborative learning environment. Minimum Qualifications Unrestricted Transport Canada ATPL and ability to obtain an FAA ATP (requires Category 1 medical for initial issuance). Minimum 1,500 hours of multi‑crew experience . Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet‑based programs. Must be authorized to live and work in Canada . Bilingual in French and English (must be comfortable delivering training in English to an international client base). Preferred Qualifications Experience flying business aircraft .
