Assist in diagnosing and correcting routine problems on simulators and associated systems. Perform pre‑flight and post‑flight tasks on designated simulators. Perform basic visual alignments. Run automatic Qualification Test Guide (QTG). Utilize the maintenance management system to record and track maintenance activities. Complete all designated training activities. Assist with refurbishment and hardware modifications. Learn and comply with CAE’s Quality Management System. Provide customer service support and address customer needs in a timely manner. Perform logistics duties, including parts receiving, repair, testing, and validation. Perform housekeeping functions to maintain the simulators as required. Perform all required administrative tasks. Minimum Qualifications 2‑year technical degree or equivalent related training. 0–2 years of direct simulator experience. Proficiency in reading and interpreting prints and schematics. Knowledge of analog and digital theory. Basic skills in operating test equipment. Basic soldering and circuit‑board repair skills. Working knowledge of PCs and MS Office tools/suite. Strong motivation for customer support and attention to detail. Location and Pay Location: Primary work location is the Whippany, New Jersey Training Facility; minimal travel (<10%) may be required. Pay rate: $32.00 per hour; shift differential may apply depending on assignment. Compensation rate may vary based on experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and market.
