Was dich bei uns erwartet: Du übernimmst die Einschätzung des Arbeitsaufwands, sowie die sich daraus ergebende Personaleinsatzplanung inklusive Anwesenheitskontrolle und allgemeiner Urlaubsplanung in Absprache mit den Teamleitern Du bist zuständig für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung, Förderung, Motivation und Qualifikation der Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Zentrallager Du übernimmst die Klärung von Beschaffungsdifferenzen, Kontrolle, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Warenbestandsdaten in Absprache mit dem Team Qualitäts- und Bestandskontrolle Du überwachst die Kommissionier- und Einlagerungstätigkeiten Du steuerst und kontrollierst   Materialflüsse der einzelnen Ebenen Du übernimmst die Steuerung der Belege und der Tourenabschlüsse Du arbeitest an der stetigen Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe und Kommunikation und übernimmst das Reporting an die Zentrallagerleitung Du stellst die Sauberkeit und Ordnung sicher.
