Start the next chapter of your career with Crane Aerospace & Electronics!    Job Summary: The Customer Service Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting customer administration and sales processes. This role provides exposure to order management, ERP systems, and customer communication while assisting the Customer Service team with day-to-day activities. The internship is designed to help students apply classroom knowledge in a professional setting and develop skills for future careers in business or customer service. Essential Functions: Assist with reviewing and entering customer purchase orders into ERP system Support preparation of quotes and order acknowledgments under supervision Help maintain accurate customer data and files Provide status updates to internal teams and assist with customer inquiries Collaborate with team members to learn customer service workflows Participate in meetings and training sessions as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Actively pursuing a BA or BS degree in Business, Communications, or related field Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks Participate in meetings and training sessions as assigned Eligibility Requirement:   This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Salary Range: $23.00 - $28.00 USD Hourly.
