La persona en este cargo deberá ser capaz de prospectar, planear, escuchar e interpretar el comportamiento de los clientes y sugerir de forma creativa las iniciativas que incentiven el crecimiento de nuevos negocios y el reconocimiento de marca. En un día normal tendrás que: Gestionar una cartera de ascensores manteniendo buenas relaciones de trabajo con los clientes existentes.  Servir de contacto principal para la resolución oportuna de las necesidades de los clientes entorno a las consultas.  Desarrollar nuevos clientes a través de llamadas en frío, creación de redes, ofertas y licitaciones. Construir tu propia estrategia de ventas para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas.  Utilizar las herramientas de ventas de Otis para realizar un seguimiento eficaz de las oportunidades, los proyectos en curso y la previsión de los resultados de ventas.  Llevar a cabo negociaciones de venta y cerrar acuerdos.   Analizar el potencial de ventas del territorio/mercado, llevar un seguimiento de las ventas y elaborar informes de situación Hacer seguimiento semanal a las ofertas entregadas a los clientes. Buscar y crear nuevas cuentas y proyectos en las plataformas y/o herramientas destinadas para ese fin. Apoyar en todo lo necesario la gestión de bookings de la compañía. Trabajar sinérgicamente con el equipo comercial e inteligencia de mercado, para garantizar el cumplimiento de las metas, así como de establecer insights que permitan desarrollar nuevas oportunidades. ¡Lo que necesitarás para tener éxito! Educación: Ingeniero Industrial, Ingeniero Civil, Ingeniero Administrador, Administrador de Empresas o campo relevante o a fines. Experiencia: Preferiblemente 4 años de experiencia demostrable como Vendedor, Asesor Comercial o Consulto de Ventas o similares o Preventa Sólidos conocimientos de informática, incluidos MS Office (intermedio, avanzado) . De preferencia, conocimiento de herramientas de CRM y análisis de datos. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
