La pasantía apoya y ejecuta un proceso estandarizado y repetible que incluye la gestión de archivos de empleados para el personal ubicado en Chile. Se espera que la persona contratada entregue una excelente experiencia al empleado, alineada con nuestra cultura, gestionando el proceso de Archivos de Empleados para Chile. Esto incluye organizar, escanear, cargar y clasificar documentación física y digital, así como crear los documentos necesarios para completar los archivos de empleados según las directrices de la Compañía, lo cual puede implicar contactar a empleados y managers para finalizar el proceso.   YOUR ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES: Monitorear Workday y ServiceNow para revisar las solicitudes. Organizar la documentación física y digital actual según el estatus del empleado y las empresas. Analizar la documentación versus los requisitos por país. Escanear la documentación física. Crear la información faltante si es necesario, por ejemplo, contratos laborales. Contactar a empleados y managers para completar la documentación requerida. Preparar y generar adendas de contrato para todos los empleados sujetos a horarios fijos de trabajo, cubriendo una población de aproximadamente 189 empleados. Solicitar, recolectar y dar seguimiento a la planificación actualizada de turnos proveniente de líderes de negocio y operativos. Mantener y actualizar los planificadores de turnos dentro del sistema Geovictoria para asegurar precisión y cumplimiento. Crear y configurar nuevos turnos de trabajo en el sistema Geovictoria de acuerdo con los requerimientos operativos y los horarios aprobados. QUALITICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Estudiante o egresado de la carrera de Administración, Recursos Humanos o carrera afin Proactividad y capacidad de análisis. Seguro Escolar contra Accidentes Gusto por el área de Recursos Humanos y Administración Habilidades para trabajar en equipo y comunicar hallazgos.
