Your Role Warner Bros. Studio Operations seeks a Sergeant for the Security department. Your Role Accountabilities Supervise Security Officers and Daily Security Guards during a regular shift or perform other supervisory duties as deemed necessary by Security management. May on occasion perform the duties of Acting Watch Commander, Respond to emergencies. Conducts on-the-job-training to familiarize Officers with job duties and responsibilities for the various Security assignments/locations. Conducts roll calls, assist with scheduling of personnel for assigned shifts and be available for employee and client needs. Enforce Security policies and procedures and if necessary, address concerns with employees and document.  Experience & Qualifications Prior supervisory experience preferred.  Must have a good working knowledge of the Studio Security/Fire Association union contract and Security Department policies and procedures.  Must have good working knowledge of Security Department operations and Studio operations.  Must be able to communicate and interact effectively at all levels.  Must have demonstrated ability to write clear and concise reports relative to Security operations.  Completion of WBSO Security Department Sergeant Training Program, preferred. Position may be assigned to work Day, Swing and Graveyard shift at on or off lot locations based on operational needs. Must be available to work weekends & Holidays.
