You will help to introduce new initiatives into the branch and be a key point of contact for both cu st o mers and team members. In addition to this, you will uphold cu st o mer service   st andards daily and   assi st   them in finding the be st   product to meet their needs. Specific duties include:   Supporting the Branch Manager to drive sales and improve   st o re   performance   Motivating and organising   st aff daily to create   a great team   culture   Providing exceptional cu st o mer service and   accurate   advice to our cu st o mers   Processing   retail   and trade sales   Building   st rong relationships with key cu st o mers and team members alike   Maintaining a high   st andard of branch presentation   Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures   Contribute to a   culture of safety   by putting   safety fir st , ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home .   Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing     Who   we’re   looking for:   Previous   experience in a supervision or leadership role   2+ years’ experience working in   retail   or a related trade position   Knowledge or underst anding of automotive products (or willingness to learn!)   Effective communication   st yle at all levels   A friendly and positive attitude   Excellent attention to detail.     GPC Asia Pacific   Movement is in our DNA.
