SOMMAIRE : Le spécialiste de compte stimule les ventes, et identifie et crée des opportunités pour divers types de clients. Ce rôle fonctionne en partenariat avec les représentants de compte au sein d’un territoire défini pour apporter une connaissance approfondie au sein d’une famille de produits. Le spécialiste de compte offre une formation sur les produits de Motion Industries au moyen de présentations techniques. TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS Hausser les revenus et la rentabilité en recrutant de nouveaux clients et en développant davantage les comptes existants. Interagir régulièrement avec les clients en personne afin de favoriser de bonnes relations et maintenir leur satisfaction. Comprendre les exigences complexes des clients en vue de préparer des devis personnalisés. Donner des présentations de ventes efficaces et s’assurer que les exigences techniques sont satisfaites. Veiller à ce que les exigences techniques du client soient satisfaites. Contribuer au dépannage sur place pour les préoccupations des clients. Travailler avec les clients locaux pour identifier les produits et les solutions, produire les devis et conclure les ventes. Offrir un soutien technique, au besoin. Travailler avec les ressources des fournisseurs et les coordonner afin de créer des relations et soutenir les ventes.   Accomplir d’autres tâches qui lui sont attribuées. FORMATION ET EXPÉRIENCE Exige habituellement un diplôme d’études secondaires ou un diplôme d’éducation générale. Exige habituellement une expérience dans l’industrie et dans les ventes. EXIGENCES PHYSIQUES : Peut exiger d’être sur appel les soirs ou les week-ends, selon les besoins.
