Actualmente, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Programador/a de Rutas para nuestra operación ubicada en Cerrillos. Responsabilidades principales: · Ejecutar la planificación diaria de rutas utilizando software de ruteo (incluyendo Moby y herramientas asociadas). · Optimizar rutas para mejorar los tiempos de respuesta y asegurar un uso eficiente de los recursos. · Programar y coordinar despachos a plantas y clientes, garantizando continuidad operacional y cumplimiento de niveles de servicio. · Realizar control y apoyo en procesos de inventarios, resolución de discrepancias y seguimiento de movimientos de productos. · Mantener comunicación permanente con logística, flota y clientes internos para asegurar una operación fluida. · Contribuir activamente a las actividades de seguridad BSP y al cumplimiento de estándares internos. Requisitos: · Formación técnica en Logística, Administración, Operación o carrera afín. · Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en programación de rutas logísticas y de última milla (excluyente). · Manejo de software de ruteo como Moby, aplicaciones logísticas y herramientas de inventarios. · Capacidad de análisis, trabajo en equipo, organización y toma de decisiones bajo presión. · Conocimientos en procesos de distribución, planificación y optimización de rutas. · Disponibilidad para trabajar en dos turnos rotativos de lunes a viernes: 08:00 a 16:30 h 11:30 a 21:00 h "En Air Products promovemos la diversidad, la inclusión y la igualdad de oportunidades.
