Monitor QCD supplier relationship on his/her perimeter in line with QCD Target set by Non Production Purchasing Network and in accordance with Compliance and Ethical rules of the Group. Proposes and Implement productivity actions in collaboration with the Segment Organisation.  Maintain his/her supplier panel and ensures Supplier information recorded in the systems (PuMa, SAP) is updated and accurate.  Performs RFQ, Negotiation and Ordering Process in compliance with instructions and procedures set by NPP Organization within e-procurement system. Make extensive usage of e-auctions Solves daily operational issues to answer internal customer need, and liaise/escalate when needed to the appropriate contact within the NPP Network (SSC Manager, Segment Leader…) Support and enforce dematerialization process Develop and Support usage of on line catalogs  where appropriate.
