Vous combinez une présence terrain pour suivre les installations et les équipes , avec le pilotage administratif, organisationnel et managérial nécessaire au bon fonctionnement du dépôt. Vous encadrez une équipe de 12 personnes . En tant que Responsable de Dépôt Industriel, vous serez responsable de : Gérer le fonctionnement quotidien du dépôt : approvisionnements, organisation des activités, suivi des registres et coordination opérationnelle. Piloter la planification & la logistique afin d’atteindre les objectifs du service client et de la qualité. Garantir la sécurité/sûreté du site : application des procédures, accueil sécurité des visiteurs/sous‑traitants, permis de travail et consignations. Manager l’équipe : recrutement, animation, formation continue, évaluations et développement des compétences. Superviser la maintenance des installations et des bâtiments (préventive/curative/réglementaire). Représenter Air Products auprès des autorités et veiller à la conformité du site. Profil recherché : Personne de terrain opérationnelle avec une compréhension concrète des sujets techniques, organisation et management. Première expérience réussie en management de proximité . Formation Bac+2 / Bac+3 technique ou industrielle . 3 à 4 ans d’expérience en environnement industriel. Forte culture sécurité et sens des responsabilités.
