Voor ons team in Halfweg (Polanenpark) zijn we op zoek naar een Internal Account Manager die wil bijdragen aan duurzame klantrelaties en commerciële groei. Over de rol Als Internal Account Manager ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten . Je zorgt ervoor dat ze zich gehoord, geholpen en gewaardeerd voelen, dat is waar het bij jou om draait. Jij begrijpt de processen van onze klanten en weet met jouw commerciële inzicht en productkennis waarde toe te voegen.   Je onderhoudt actief contact met klanten, bouwt aan langdurige relaties en vertaalt commerciële kansen naar concrete resultaten. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega’s van Sales, Customer Service en Operations – jij bent de spin in het web tussen klant en organisatie. Je dagen zijn gevarieerd: Je onderhoudt bestaande relaties en zoekt actief naar kansen om samen verder te groeien. Je denkt mee met klanten, geeft advies en maakt heldere afspraken. Je onderhandelt over prijzen en sluit nieuwe deals af. Je houdt de commerciële én administratieve opvolging netjes bij,  jij houdt graag overzicht. Je springt bij voor collega’s waar nodig; teamwork zit in je DNA. Je vertaalt wat klanten nodig hebben naar onze interne teams, zodat alles soepel verloopt. En je denkt mee over acties en campagnes voor nieuwe producten of prijsupdates.   Kortom: jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen onze klanten en de organisatie. Wat jou succesvol maakt Je hoeft niet alles al te kunnen -  belangrijker is dat je nieuwsgierig bent en zin hebt om te groeien in een stabiele omgeving waar je je snel thuis voelt. ☑️ Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding (commerciële richting is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must). ☑️ Je hebt zo’n 3–5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële rol, bijvoorbeeld binnen sales support of account management. ☑️ Je bent analytisch en stelt graag de juiste vragen. ☑️ Communiceren en onderhandelen gaat je natuurlijk af. ☑️ Je voelt je thuis in een technische omgeving en kunt goed schakelen tussen commercie en techniek. ☑️ Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt van duidelijkheid in je administratie. ☑️ Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en goed Engels - Air Products is tenslotte een internationale omgeving. ☑️ En misschien wel het belangrijkste: je bent een positieve, energieke collega die anderen graag verder helpt.
