Imkoniyati bor bo'lgan narsalarni qayta tasavvur qiling We are seeking a dedicated Contracts Manager to join our versatile team in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and support our commercial operations, including the Fergana Oil Refinery. What You’ll Do Coordinate commercial and contractual performance to ensure we meet our world-class standards Manage pricing, indexation, invoicing, claims, and important metrics to drive flawless execution Build positive relationships with key customers and partners, encouraging long-term collaborations Coordinate contract changes, amendments, and negotiations to successfully implement new agreements Support new regional projects and commercial opportunities, contributing to our ambitious growth plans Collaborate across Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Legal to determine efficient solutions Monitor receivables and ensure timely payments to maintain financial health Who We’re Looking For 10 years of experience in commercial or contract management, ideally within O&G, refining, or petrochemicals Strong commercial approach with a focus on P&L, pricing, and risk management Excellent negotiation and communication skills to navigate complex discussions High emotional intelligence and proven collaborator management capabilities Fluency in English and Russian; proficiency in Uzbek is a plus Work conditions and benefits package Competitive salary (upon agreement after interview) and job conditions Salary is paid twice a month in Uzbekistan sums Annual performance bonus Work schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday – Friday) The workplace is located in the office in Tashkent city When relocating to Tashkent from another country/region a housing allowance is provided to an employee to rent an apartment (the allowance amount depends on the number of employee's family members) Assistance with relocation (managing all required migration documents and relocation of the employee and family members to the place of destination) Annual leave – 28 calendar days Life and health insurance for employees (including medicines upon doctor’s assignment) Lunch allowance for office employees Sick leave bonus payment up to the full wage amount Unique experience of working in a global company and the opportunity to develop further in international projects Thank you in advance for your interest in Air Products!
