Ultimate result desire zero injuries. 在气化装置运营中使用和遵守AP环境、健康与安全（EH&S）标准，以确保EH&S绩效持续改进并实现或超越绩效目标。最终目标是零伤害。 Execute site routine patrol inspection, discover and eliminate the potential safety hazard. To ensure the plant is operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements & on-stream guarantees. 执行现场例行巡查，发现并消除潜在安全隐患。确保工厂安全、高效运行，履行合同要求。 Ensure compliance with process safety, MOC’s, and OPHR’s requirements. 确保符合工艺安全、变更管理（MOC）和操作职责要求（OPHR）的规定 Drive continuous improvement and sharing of best operation practices at the plants. 推动工厂持续改进并分享最佳操作实践 Training new operating staff for the Gasification Shift Ops Team. 为气化班操作团队培训新的操作员工。 Any other duties as assigned.  承担其他分配的职责。   JOB REQUIREMENTS（岗位要求） Candidates for this position with be evaluation on the basis of the following: 候选人任职资格 Full-time diploma and above . 全日制专科及以上 Has more than one year of chemical production experience 具有一年化工生产经验 We are the world’s largest hydrogen producer with over 80 years of industrial gas experience.
