Proche du client, vous incarnez nos Absolus et nos comportements de leadership, développez les talents et animez une équipe engagée et inclusive. Votre réussite se mesurera par la réalisation des projets stratégiques, l’atteinte des objectifs financiers, la satisfaction client, la conformité Sécurité/Qualité et l’engagement de vos équipes. Vous serez également membre du CODIR, contribuant aux décisions clés et à la vision globale de l’activité. Poste base à notre Siège Social de Puteaux. Au cours d’une journée type, vous devrez : Être le  point de contact principal et développer des relations stratégiques avec les clients du New Equipment pour garantir une expérience fluide et complète. Piloter votre  P&L et assurer la performance opérationnelle de votre territoire. Fournir un  leadership fort aux équipes commerciales et techniques afin de maximiser leur productivité et leur efficacité Collaborer avec les Delivery Operations (DO) et les différents Centres d'Expertise (COE)pour  accélérer les démarches d’amélioration continue , optimiser les processus administratifs et renforcer la satisfaction client. Collaborer étroitement avec le département Service Jouer un rôle de  Talent Champion : recruter, développer, accompagner et fidéliser les talents de votre équipe. Gérer et résoudre les problèmes clients en les escaladant aux leaders appropriés lorsque nécessaire. Porter haut nos  Absolus et incarner les bons comportements dans toutes vos actions quotidiennes Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir : Leadership collaboratif avec capacité à engager et inspirer les équipes.
