Air Products is a world-leading Industrial Gases company having both process gas applications and gasification technology that has been in operation for over 80 years. We have multiple product lines, over 750 production facilities in over 50 countries, and serve over 30 different industries, crafting broad opportunities for growth and development. This Outside, business-to-business sales position will sell Microbulk and small bulk cryogenic industrial gases (e.g. nitrogen, oxygen, and argon) to a wide variety of market segments including hospitals, life sciences, laboratories, food packagers, metals fabrication and general industrial sites in the New Jersey area. Meet or exceed assigned revenue and profit targets consistently. Initiate new customer accounts accurately and promptly, ensuring all required details are captured. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account setup processes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and progress toward goals. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle Shown ability to work independently in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment Strong curiosity about outside sales and face-to-face business development Excellent listening, communication, and objection-handling skills Proven success in selling, influencing, and closing deals Highly competitive and goal-oriented approach Comfortable with daily cold calling and territory-based outreach Strong critical thinking and pipeline management skills (50+ prospects) Professional demeanor with polished verbal and written communication Air Products proudly values the skills, dedication, and leadership that veterans offer. The expected pay range is $63,090 - $106,170 plus bonus.
