We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily operations, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to team success. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities Manage customer enquiries via phone and email Process orders and prepare quotations Provide administrative and operational support to the team Maintain accurate records and system data entry Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Assist with general branch or departmental duties as required About You Previous experience in customer service, administration, or sales support Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset Intermediate computer skills Why Join Us?
