Deine Hauptaufgaben: Du unterstützt das Vertriebsteam, indem du Vorführungen unserer Schweißprodukte durchführst. Du steigerst die Kundenbindung und -zufriedenheit, indem du wichtige Accounts technisch betreust. Du maximierst die Profitabilität deiner Kundenkonten, indem du unsere Mehrwertprodukte sowohl bestehenden als auch potenziellen Kunden präsentierst. Du stärkst das Image von Air Products als Qualitätslieferant von Gasen, indem du fundierte technische und sicherheitsrelevante Beratung zu allen schweiß- und schneidbezogenen Themen gibst. Du trägst zur Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Produkte bei. Du entwickelst unser OEM-Netzwerk im Bereich der Metallverarbeitung weiter. Du führst Schweißtrainings für unsere Vertriebsteams durch. Dein Profil Du verfügst über hohe Fachkompetenz im Handwerk und wirst im Schweißmarkt als erfahrene*r Fachprofi anerkannt. Qualifikationen als International Welding Specialist (IWS) oder Technologist (IWT) sind ein Vorteil. Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung sowie Erfahrung in der Metallverarbeitungsindustrie (Schweißen & Schneiden). Du bringst nachweisliche Erfahrung im Umgang mit verschiedenen Materialien (Baustahl, Edelstahl, Aluminium etc.) sowie unterschiedlichen Verfahren (MIG/MAG, TIG, Plasma, Laser …) und diversen Gasen mit. Du verfügst über aktuelles Wissen zu Technologien, Prozessen und Anwendungen im Schweiß- und Fertigungssektor. Du bringst Überzeugungs- und Verhandlungsstärke sowie ein gutes Gespür für Verkaufschancen mit. Du bist hochmotiviert, eigeninitiativ und arbeitest proaktiv. Du hast gute zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und bist ein Teamplayer. Du verfügst über PC-Kenntnisse in Word, Excel, PowerPoint und internen Softwaresystemen. Deine Erfahrung Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Schweißindustrie, idealerweise 10 Jahre (inklusive relevanter Referenzen). Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung aus anderen Metallverarbeitungsunternehmen oder von Lieferanten aus dem Schweißbereich mit (z. B. Verbrauchsmaterialien, Schweißgeräte etc.).
