Als Anlagentechniker / Operations Technician (m/w/d) bist du ein zentraler Bestandteil unserer technischen Produktion. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Luftzerlegungsanlage sowie sieben Onsite‑Anlagen reibungslos, sicher und effizient laufen. Mit deinem technischen Know-how und deinem Fokus auf Sicherheit hältst du unsere Produktion hochwertiger technischer Gase am Laufen – verantwortungsvoll, vorausschauend und im Team. Deine Aufgaben – verantwortlich, vielseitig, technisch anspruchsvoll Operative Verantwortung & Anlagenführung Du steuerst und überwachst den Produktionsprozess der Luftzerlegungs- und Satellitenanlagen. Du pflegst die Anlagendokumentationen und erstellst Arbeitsgenehmigungen gemäß dem Air‑Products‑Arbeitserlaubnissystem. Wartung, Technik & Instandhaltung Du führst Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an der Hauptanlage und an den Onsite‑Anlagen durch. Du wirkst an der Inbetriebnahme neuer Onsite‑Anlagen mit. Du wartest und setzt Sicherheitsventile instand. Schnittstellen & Zusammenarbeit Du unterstützt übergeordnete Wartungs-Teams (z. B. Abstimmungen, Materialbestellungen bei Shutdowns). Du unterstützt die Betriebsleitung bei Audits. Du schulst und weißt Besucher, Lieferanten und Speditionsfahrer in Sicherheit, Örtlichkeiten und Abläufe ein. Du nimmst am Bereitschaftsdienst teil. Das bringst du mit Eine dreijährige technische Berufsausbildung (z. B. Elektriker, Schlosser, Verfahrenstechniker) 3–5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit Ausgeprägtes Problemlöseverhalten und sicheres Handeln in Ausnahmesituationen Befähigung zum Arbeiten in der Höhe Wünschenswert Schaltberechtigung für 30 KV Anlagen Grundkenntnisse in Managementsystemen (z. B. ISO 9001, ISO 50001) Kenntnisse im Explosionsschutz sowie Schaltberechtigung bis 30 kV Kenntnisse zu Sicherheitsventilen IT‑Kenntnisse (MS‑Office, SAP, AP‑Tools) Führerscheinklasse B Bereitschaft zu Rufbereitschaftsdienst Grundkenntnisse der englischen Sprache Interesse?
