Work safely every day and safeguard Air Products property within established procedures 2. Meet or exceed assigned revenue and profit targets 3. Execute on new account initiation according to the set targets 4. Maintain daily call ratio at or above 5 per day 5. Update and stay active in CRM tool on daily basis 6. Keep a good team work spirit Requirement： 1. Entry level position with minimum 2 years sales experience 2. 4 year degree from accredited university preferred 3. Technical and application background on welding, analyzer application, or sales experience in industrial gas industry, is preferred 4. Competent computer skills in Microsoft office and emails 5. Ability to make 3-4 sales calls per day in a fast paced environment 6. Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills 7.
