Jouw rol Als Lachgasoperator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en efficiënt aansturen van onze lachgasproductie-installaties. Je werkt in een ploegensysteem en maakt deel uit van een hecht productieteam. Je voert controles uit, beheert apparatuur en zorgt voor een veilige werkomgeving voor jezelf en je collega’s. Wat ga je doen? Bedienen, opstarten en stilleggen van lachgasproductie-installaties (5 eenheden) Beheer van waterzuiveringsinstallatie en koeltorens Uitvoeren van pH- en densiteitsmetingen van ammoniumnitraat LAN-lossing en -analyses uitvoeren en documenteren Cryogene vloeistoffen overhevelen (vloeibare N₂O) Chemische baden aanmaken voor reiniging en ontkalking Onderhouds-, inspectie- en reparatiewerkzaamheden uitvoeren Vervangen van filters en droogkorrels Uitvoeren van labowerk voor lachgasvullingen: analyseren en afwerken van containers en TT-vullingen Verladen van containers en opstarten van de installatie voor hoogzuiver lachgas verlading van containers moeten kunnen bedienen, en de installatie voor hoogzuiver lachgas moeten kunnen opstarten. Rapporteren van analyseresultaten volgens GMP-richtlijnen Naleven van veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsinstructies Wat breng jij mee? Minimaal 18 jaar oud Technische opleiding (A3/A2 niveau) Ervaring met geautomatiseerde processen en gasrecipiënten Basiskennis van computers Teamspeler die goed functioneert in ploegendienst Veiligheidsbewust en nauwkeurig in documentatie Wat bieden wij jou?
