Ensure every requirement listed in AP procedures, safety standards, BSP activities, driver handbook and related local regulations are followed by all employees in Taichung Terminal Distribution team.   2. Ensure that quality of Distribution operations consistently conforms to both customer expectations and Company strategies and standards.   3. Manage fleet maintenance and ensure we have enough vehicle in good conditions available to support product delivery, including vehicle related spare parts management.   4. Engage the team to generate productivities ideas to achieve productivity target.   5. Implement AP safety standards and requirements for maintenance workshop, including good housekeeping of garage and observed all safety work practices.   6. Maintain good relationship and communications with cross functions, e.g. CSL scheduling team, commercial team, tactical planner, 3PL management team.   7. Participated monthly 3PL general management/coordination review meetings with 3PL vendors, which covers safety, equipment, resources versus AP requirements and demand.   JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Extensive knowledge of Distribution operations and fleet engineering & maintenance.    Preferably relevant Vocational Trade Certificate on vehicle maintenance with minimum 3 years of vehicle maintenance experience. 2. Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with all levels of people in the organization. 3. Ability to plan, organize and monitor the work and activities of self and the team. Ability to plan, organize and monitor activities according to priorities, established schedules and deadlines. 4. Ability to provide leadership, counsel, motivation and constructive performance reviews to staff and drivers, securing their respective commitments to the company goals.
