OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO: Registrar de forma precisa y oportuna todos los movimientos de inventario (entradas, salidas, transferencias, ajustes, scrap) en los sistemas ERP y administrativos, asegurando la integridad de la información y contribuyendo a la exactitud del inventario. FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES: Captura de entradas y salidas de Materia Prima en sistema ERP (Navision) Registro de movimientos de consumibles MRO en Adminpaq (E- Comercial) Captura de ajustes, scrap, transferencias y movimientos internos Solicitud de modificaciones a órdenes de compra con el área de Compras (México/USA) Revisión de listados de producción y requerimientos de materiales Seguimiento con Contabilidad USA y Cuentas por Pagar México REQUISITOS MINIMOS DEL PUESTO: EDUCACION Preparatoria terminada o Carrera Técnica en áreas administrativas, logística o afines. EXPERIENCIA Mínimo 1 año en captura de datos en almacén o centro de distribución. CONOCIMIENTOS Manejo intermedio de paquetería Office (Excel, Outlook). Conocimiento de sistemas ERP (Navision) y software administrativo (Adminpaq). Habilidad para captura rápida y precisa. Uso de calculadora y operaciones matemáticas básicas. COMPETENCIAS LABORALES Atención al detalle Trabajo en equipo Proactividad Orientación al cliente interno HABILIDAD DE LENGUAJE Buena comunicación escrita y verbal. Inglés básico para lectura y redacción de correos electrónicos (deseable, no indispensable). REQUISITOS FISICOS Y AMBIENTE DE TRABAJO El empleado deberá levantar cargas ocasionalmente, tener buena visión de cerca y de lejos, visión en color, vista periférica, así como facilidad manual para las diferentes actividades requeridas.
