En tant que Technico-commercial T-Desk, vous êtes responsable de l’élaboration des offres de travaux de réparation sur votre périmètre. Vous intervenez à la fois sur le plan technique (chiffrage) et commercial (émission des devis), en lien avec les équipes internes et les clients. Votre objectif : proposer des solutions pertinentes, compétitives et alignées avec la politique commerciale. Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez  : Sélectionner les opportunités à traiter à partir des outils CRM et chantier Élaborer et chiffrer les offres de réparation selon les priorités définies Préparer et transmettre les devis aux clients (email, plateforme, etc.) Collaborer avec l’expert T-Desk pour les cas nécessitant une expertise technique Apporter un soutien ponctuel au gestionnaire commercial T-Desk Respecter la politique commerciale et les standards de qualité Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir : Vous possédez un BAC+2 / BAC+3 technico-commercial ou une expérience professionnelle équivalente. Vous comptabilisez à minima 3 ans d'expérience réussie sur un poste chantier/technique dans le domaine des portes automatiques. Une solide maîtrise technique pour chiffrer avec précision est attendue. Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils (CRM, bases de données…) A l'aise à l'oral, vous avez la capacité d'interagir avec les équipes internes (chantier, commerce, usine) Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'autonomie et d'esprit d’équipe dans votre travail quotidien.
