Dans le cadre du renforcement de la performance de nos établissements, nous recherchons un stagiaire pour contribuer à la structuration et à l’exploitation des données ainsi qu’à la fiabilisation de nos outils de pilotage. Les données existent. L’enjeu aujourd’hui est de les exploiter pleinement et de les transformer en véritables outils d’aide à la décision pour les équipes terrain. Votre mission : participer à la mise en place d’un pilotage clair, pertinent et orienté action. Vos responsabilités : Au contact direct des équipes opérationnelles, vous serez amené à : Identifier les besoins en indicateurs et en suivi d’activité Définir et formaliser des KPI pertinents Structurer et fiabiliser les sources de données Mettre en place des extractions et tableaux de bord Concevoir des reportings simples, lisibles et orientés décision Accompagner le déploiement des outils auprès des établissements Contribuer à une démarche d’amélioration . Profil recherché : Etudiant en dernière année d’école d’ingénieur (ou équivalent) Appétence forte pour la data et le pilotage de performance Esprit analytique, structuré et orienté résultats Aisance relationnelle et gout du terrain Date  : dès que possible Durée  : 6 mois Localisation  : Gennevilliers Envie de mettre vos compétences au service d’un acteur majeur de la santé ?
