Was dich bei uns erwartet: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung einer oder mehrere Niederlassungen Du führst alle Mitarbeiter in deiner Niederlassung fachlich und disziplinarisch Deine Rolle als Coach und Führungskraft ist es, deine Mitarbeiter verantwortungsvoll und situationsgerecht zu führen und sie individuell zu fördern Du verantwortest die Umsatz- und Margenentwicklung der Niederlassungen.
