·        Leads and communicates the plan and schedule for preventive maintenance of equipment such as PVD, anodizing machines, laser machines, and the like to requestors. ·        Provides solutions, organizes, and directs the maintenance work of technicians on escalated issues related to equipment engineering activities. ·        Designates line assignment during troubleshooting and repair of equipment. ·        Designs improvement or automation of machine whether build or acquire externally. ·        Reviews and interprets data derived from measuring equipment. ·        Monitors maintenance and breakdown reports and generates machine performance reports. ·        Assesses machine efficiency and cost effectiveness and identifies improvement activities. ·        Monitor, assess, classifies, conducts inventory, and ensures availability of machine spare parts. ·        Ensures company-wide compliance of ESD policy and procedure; trains and assists team members on ESD related activities. ·        Creates PM procedures and work instructions as required. ·        Executes, contributes to, and participates in 5S activities within assigned station/area. ·        Review and revise any changes related to Equipment Document such as Job Aid , FMEA ,WI , etc.. ·        Perform other related duties as maybe required. College graduate of any of the following courses: BS MSE/ChE/ECE/EE/Physics/ME/Electro-mechatronics Anodizing/PVD – Chemical Engineering/Material Science Engineering/Physics Other Processes – ECE/ME/EE/Electro-Mechatronics At least 1 year of relevant experience in Machine Maintenance  Knowledgeable in the areas of electrical and mechanical repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. Knowledge in Analytical Skills Machine software (PLC, Robot programming, HMI) is a plus. Good communication and presentation skill.
