Due to needs for an expanding site of c.400 people, we are looking to increase the headcount of our training team with the responsibility of ensuring all employees receive a first-class induction, and mandatory and job specific training. After the initial training has been delivered, you will focus on driving operational excellence through training programmes you will assess through GAP analysis, develop these further, and deliver to ensure the teams have a roadmap which will help us to ensure cross-training of operators. You’ll be liaising with site operational teams to ensure departmental training plans, SOPs, training materials, presentations, workbooks, manuals, and handbooks are in place and regularly reviewed to maintain relevance and accessibility.
