Building relationship with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries. Attend to sales enquiries/provide technical support. Liaise with workshop staff, assisting with pick packing and stock take duties when required. Who are you? At least 6 months to a year experience in sales/ customer service or similar industry Excellent verbal communication Computer literacy at an intermediate level Fast leaner and happy to participate in ongoing training. Mechanical aptitude with hydraulics and or driveline knowledge is advantageous.
