Job Details Şirketimizin Genel Merkez İnsan Kaynakları Departmanı'nda Personel Özlük İşleri biriminde görevlendirilmek üzere; Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinden (İşletme, İktisat, ÇEKO, vb.) mezun, Bordrolama, puantaj, ücret tahakkuku konusunda en az 3 yıl deneyimli, İş Hukuku ve 4857 Sayılı İş Kanunu mevzuatını bilen, MS Office programlarına hakim (özellikle iyi derecede Excel), Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış, İstanbul Avrupa Yakası'nda ikamet eden veya edebilecek olan, İnsan Kaynakları Uzmanı (Personel ve Özlük İşleri)  arayışımız bulunmaktadır. . İŞ TANIMI Aylık bordroların oluşturulması, tahakkuk ve ödeme işlemlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi, Puantaj işlemlerinin takibi ve ödemelerin yapılması, İşe giriş, işten çıkış işlemlerinin yürütülmesi, Personel özlük dosyalarının eksiksiz şekilde oluşturulup muhafaza edilmesi, Şubelerin yönlendirilmesi ve bilgilendirmesi, Resmi kurum ve kuruluşlar nezdindeki tüm süreçlerin yürütülmesinden sorumlu olacaktır.
