Was dich bei uns erwartet: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung einer Filiale Du führst alle Mitarbeiter in deiner Filiale fachlich und disziplinarisch Deine Rolle als Coach und Führungskraft ist es, deine Mitarbeiter verantwortungsvoll und situationsgerecht zu führen und sie individuell zu fördern Du verantwortest die Umsatz- und Margenentwicklung der Filiale.
