Le titulaire du poste sera responsable du contrôle de la qualité des produits en analysant, selon le programme de qualité, des échantillons de matières premières et produits finis. Salaire : Nous offrons un salaire débutant à 29,25$/h (évalué en fonction de l’expérience) avec des primes de soir (+1,25$/h) et de nuit (+1,75$/h). À savoir qu’il y a 2 progressions salariales dans la première année d’emploi avec un taux cible de 32,50$/h. Horaires : Tu travailleras sur un horaire rotatif jour et nuit sur des quarts de travail fixe et déterminé à l'avance. Tu suivras la séquence du 4-3-3-4. Tu seras sur des quarts de 12 heures, soit de 8h00 à 20h00 ou 20h00 à 8h00. La manière dont vous contribuerez à faire une différence: Effectuer des analyses microbiologiques et physico-chimiques en relation avec le contrôle de la qualité; Participer à l’amélioration continue des différents processus de travail; Effectuer des suivis périodiques et de routine en production; Voir à la calibration et à l'entretien des équipements utilisés en contrôle de qualité; Compléter différents rapports; Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes. Vous êtes la personne qui convient le mieux pour ce poste si vous: Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales en technologie de la transformation des aliments de l’ITA ou une formation équivalente ; Posséder un minimum d’une (1) année d’expérience pertinente en technique de laboratoire sur les produits laitiers et ce, dans un contexte de recherche ; Démontrer une excellente capacité d’analyse, de la minutie et faire preuve d’initiative ; Favoriser le travail d’équipe.
