How you will make contributions that matter Join our dynamic team as an Outbound Logistics Planner on a 12‑month fixed term contract, supporting our afternoon shift from 2pm to 10pm . In this pivotal role, you will be the key transport touchpoint, managing the flow of trucks inbound from manufacturing and outbound to customers across Australia. Your work will ensure efficient scheduling, smooth warehouse flow, and high‑performing carrier partnerships. Ensure full compliance with heavy vehicle legislative requirements and corporate safety policies. Maximise vehicle utilization and monitor carrier performance against KPIs. Act as the central liaison between manufacturing sites, warehouses, and transport providers. Champion continuous improvement initiatives and maintain strong vendor relationships. Meet and exceed customer service expectations across the outbound logistics network. Manage issue resolution, daily reporting, POD monitoring, and freight settlement activities. About you Strong attention to detail and proficiency in SAP. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Supply chain experience, preferably in logistics. Shows initiative, is a team player, and takes ownership and accountability. Ability to adapt to changing situations and work effectively in a team. Proven track record in managing logistics operations and improving efficiency.
