Ce poste est une opportunité unique de conjuguer expertise commerciale, autonomie et impact direct sur la croissance d’une agence à fort potentiel. Rattaché(e) au Directeur d’agence, vous prenez en main un portefeuille clients que vous développez avec une approche stratégique, humaine et orientée résultats. Poste actuellement en CDD 3 mois évolutif vers un CDI Basé à Gennevillers jusque mi-Mars puis Nanterre à partir de mi-Mars Vos principales missions sont : Développer votre portefeuille et générer du chiffre d’affaires en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités (conquête de parc, bilans de patrimoine, appels d’offres travaux, modernisation, remplacement). Entretenir un réseau économique actif et construire des relations solides avec vos clients. Renégocier les contrats en intégrant les évolutions réglementaires. Piloter vos actions commerciales à l’aide d’outils performants (CRM, suivi d’opportunités, prévisions). Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes chantiers pour garantir la qualité d’exécution (réunions, visites, coordination). À votre arrivée et tout au long au long de votre carrière, vous êtes formés à nos produits et solutions, à nos méthodes de vente et à nos process éthiques. Ce que nous recherchons : Première expérience réussie dans la vente de services techniques ou environnement similaire. Sens du service client, excellente communication et esprit d’équipe.
