As Senior HR Business Partner for our Nuneaton site you will be a core member of the Plant Leadership Team (PLT) whilst also supporting the Junior HR Business Partner through coaching and development opportunities. You will have ultimate accountability for all HR matters at the site, acting as a trusted advisor and aligning people strategies with operational and business objectives Working Monday - Friday with the flexibility to support the differing needs of the site. You will make contributions that matter by... Operating as a core member of the PLT and the wider HR Management Team, shaping and delivering the site people plan aligned to operational priorities, performance, cost, workforce planning, skills and capability requirements. Overseeing all employee relations activity and managing operational risk, ensuring the appropriate escalation and mitigation actions are in place. Leading and supporting organisational change initiatives including restructures, consultations and operational transformation activity ensuring change is delivered in line with legal requirements, business objectives and cultural expectations. Driving the site talent agenda including succession planning, development planning and leadership capability ensuring pipelines for critical roles. Making sure site readiness for internal and external audits and ensuring actions are completed effectively and sustainably. Being a role model and providing coaching and guidance to the Junior HR Business Partner by setting clear expectations, delegating effectively, and building capability. You are best suited for the role if you have… Prior HR Business Partner experience within an FMCG environment therefore hold extensive manufacturing knowledge. Strong self-awareness and emotional intelligence to partner with the PLT and other members of the site, holding people accountable where needed. An ability to multitask effectively and shift your priorities within an ever changing, demanding environment. CIPD qualification (minimum level 5) Experience operating with both unionised and non-unionised roles - desireable.
