Durch Ihren Einsatz sichern Sie die erfolgreiche Integration unseres wachsenden digitalen Portfolios – sowohl intern als auch direkt bei unseren Kunden vor Ort. Die Möglichkeit Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für das technische Lifecycle Management des Portfolios im Bereich Tissue Diagnostics. Sie stellen den bereichsübergreifenden Austausch sowie den Know-how-Transfer sicher. Sie betreuen Kunden kompetent und leiten das aktive Deeskalationsmanagement in komplexen technischen Situationen. Sie standardisieren und optimieren kontinuierlich die Service-Prozesse. Sie führen Plausibilitätsprüfungen für technische Lösungen sowie Verträge durch und leiten die Implementierung massgeschneiderter Kundenlösungen. Sie koordinieren Projektressourcen in enger Abstimmung mit der Planung, der Disposition sowie dem Kunden. Sie steuern externe Partner und Lieferanten im Rahmen des jeweiligen Projektauftrages für Tissue Diagnostics und Core Lab. Wer du bist Sie verfügen über ein Studium oder eine höhere Fachausbildung in Medizintechnik, Biomedizin, Engineering oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. Sie bringen mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Medizintechnik mit, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen in der Tissue-Diagnostik oder im Core Lab. Sie besitzen nachweisbare Expertise in der Leitung komplexer Projekte sowie ein starkes systemisches Denken und logische Analytik. Sie sind eine empathische, kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Geschick im Stakeholder-Management und verhandlungssicheren Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnissen (Französisch von Vorteil). Sie zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz aus und agieren als technisch begeisterter "Macher" in einem leistungsorientierten Umfeld. Bereit für den nächsten Schritt?
