Position: Logistics & Inventory Control Coordinator Job Description: The Logistics & Inventory Control Coordinator role is responsible for managing inventory accuracy and supporting warehouse operations through effective utilization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This position plays a critical role in maintaining smooth receiving workflows, ensuring stock integrity, reviewing inventory issues, recalls (SSP - Stop Ship Purge) and providing timely communication to internal teams. Additionally, this role will support operational organization and execution regarding inbound and outbound scheduling for deliveries and customer shipments. Fully In Office: Monday-Friday  Shift time: M-F 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Hourly Rate: $30.00 USD hourly What You'll Be Doing: This position will be working in the warehouse in both operational and inventory control roles. The associate is responsible for the following, but not limited to: Receiving and Storing of product Resolving PO discrepancies (Receiving Discrepancy Reporting).  Researching PO and part information on the WMS and other warehouse systems Identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies Working closely with the Asset, Sales, Quality and other warehouse teams Supporting production roles when and where necessary Scheduling inbound and outbound deliveries and shipments Directing and coordinating the movement of inbound, outbound freight movement Support unloading and loading of trucks Moving assets/materials safely using power industrial trucks What We Are Looking For: Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and reporting. Strong knowledge of warehouse workflows and best practices. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and resolve issues promptly. Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in inventory data and documentation. Problem-solving skills to identify and correct inventory discrepancies.
