Running, cleaning and setting up the factory equipment. Operating and monitoring cutting and packing machines to maintain smooth and efficient production flow. Carrying out 30-minute quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and compliance to standards. Working with the rest of the shift team to achieve production targets and maintain high standards. Ensuring adherence to health & safety, food safety, and hygiene regulations at all times. Identifying and reporting any equipment issues promptly to minimise downtime. Maintaining accurate records of quality checks and production data You'll be a great fit if you... Have hands-on experience operating and setting up production machinery, ideally in a food manufacturing or high-care environment. Understand the importance of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards and follow them diligently. Are detail and quality-focused, with the ability to carry out regular checks and maintain accurate records.
