How you will make contributions that matter   We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to take charge of our Dumbalk store in Gippsland. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team, drive business performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a rural retail setting. Lead and develop a high-performing team. Manage store operations including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability. Build strong customer relationships and provide expert advice on rural products. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Drive marketing and promotional activities to boost sales. About you Experience in rural product sales/retail or on-farm experience. Supervisory or managerial experience (preferred). Strong leadership, financial acumen, and inventory management skills. Knowledge of rural products and farming practices. Certificate, diploma, or degree in retail, business, agriculture, or commerce (desirable).
