Der Produktionsstandort Kaiseraugst ist ein Eckpfeiler im weltweiten Produktions- und Logistiknetzwerk von Roche. Die Stelle Als Praktikant/in im Bereich Quality Systems am Produktionsstandort Kaiseraugst unterstützt Du das Team  bei der Bereitstellung und Unterhaltung der pharmazeutischen Qualitäts-Prozesse und Systeme, inklusive dem Support unserer User und Schnittstellen.  In diesem Praktikum wirst du Einblick erhalten in die Themen: Quality Risk Management Change und Discrepancy Management Dokumentations/Content Management  Auswertung von Qualitätskennzahlen Abfrage und Visualisierung von Daten Organisation des lokalen Qualitäts-Entscheidungsgremiums (Quality Council) Organisation und Unterstützung  von Workshops und Trainings Gestaltung und Pflege unserer lokalen Websites In unserer Funktion arbeiten wir sowohl im lokalen als auch im globalen Umfeld mit Fachexperten aller Bereiche eng zusammen und fördern hier die Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse.   Als Praktikant/in wirst du in unsere Tätigkeiten als Teammitglied auf Augenhöhe einbezogen. Du wirst die Möglichkeit haben, moderne Arbeitsmethoden kennenzulernen, wie z.B. Scrum, Lean Management, Teamentwicklung/Change Management und Selbstorganisation. Weiterhin bekommst du Einblick in die Arbeitsweisen der von uns koordinierten agilen und abteilungsübergreifenden Teams (Squads).  Wer Du bist   Du bist immatrikuliert oder hast Dein Studium an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule, vorzugsweise im Bereich Naturwissenschaften, Pharmatechnik,  Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik  oder gerne auch aus anderen Bereichen  innerhalb der letzten 12 Monate abgeschlossen und hast Interesse. Deine Kenntnisse im Rahmen eines mindestens 6-monatigen Praktikums in einer modernen Arbeitsumgebung einzusetzen, sowie die pharmazeutische Industrie kennenzulernen.    Überdies rundest Du Dein Profil mit folgenden Kompetenzen ab: Du hast Freude am Entwickeln und Einbringen von eigenen Ideen  Du bist offen und kommunikativ und hast Interesse, neue Wege mit uns zu gehen. Du hast Spaß am Arbeiten in Teams und unterstützt dabei gerne andere Du bringst gute Deutsch & Englisch Kenntnisse mit Deine IT Skills runden dein Profil ab (z.B. Google Anwendungen, Google Apps Script) Technische Angaben Der bevorzugte Start des Praktikums ist im September 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung. Bitte gib Dein präferiertes Startdatum und die gewünschte Praktikumsdauer in Deiner Bewerbung an. Nicht-EU/EFTA Bürger (m/w/d) müssen eine Bestätigung der Universität, dass ein Pflichtpraktikum Teil der Ausbildung ist, den Bewerbungsunterlagen beilegen. Eine Teilzeitanstellung oder das Schreiben einer Abschlussarbeit ist bei dieser Stelle nicht möglich. Die Bewerbungsfrist endet am 6. April 2026, die Vorstellungsgespräche finden vom 14. - 24.
