Die Stelle Als Praktikant/in im Bereich Administration am Produktionsstandort Kaiseraugst unterstützt Du das Team in vielseitigen Belangen. In diesem Praktikum wirst Du: Administrative Unterstützung des Teams Selbständige Bearbeitung von Teil-/ Projekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen, wie z.B. die Organisation von Events, Meetings, Workshops Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung von Abläufen und Prozessen, um die Organisation administrativ effizient zu entlasten Unterstützung von Kommunikationsmassnahmen, wie beispielsweise Erarbeitung von Newslettern, Updates und Neuentwicklung von Intranet-Inhalten und Präsentationen   Wer Du bist Du bist immatrikuliert oder hast Dein Studium an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule, vorzugsweise im Bereich Business Administration, Sozialwissenschaften, Medien, Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder Naturwissenschaften innerhalb der letzten 12 Monate abgeschlossen und hast Interesse, Deine Kenntnisse im Rahmen eines zwölfmonatigen Praktikums in einer modernen Arbeitsumgebung einzusetzen, sowie die pharmazeutische Industrie kennenzulernen.  Überdies rundest Du Dein Profil mit folgenden Kompetenzen ab: Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative Zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise Gute Google Workspace und/oder MS-Office Kenntnisse Exzellente Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse Organisationstalent, das auch unter Zeitdruck den Überblick behält Kreativität, Ideenreichtum, Innovation und lösungsorientiert Teamplayer/in und begeisterst Dich für die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen   Stakeholdern innerhalb und ausserhalb der Organisation Technische Angaben Der bevorzugte Start des Praktikums ist im August 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung. Bitte gib Dein präferiertes Startdatum und die gewünschte Praktikumsdauer in Deiner Bewerbung an. Nicht-EU/EFTA Bürger (m/w/d) müssen der Bewerbung eine Bestätigung der Universität beilagen, dass sie im Rahmen der Ausbildung ein Pflichtpraktikum absolvieren müssen. Eine Teilzeitanstellung oder das Schreiben einer Abschlussarbeit ist bei dieser Stelle nicht möglich. Die Bewerbungsfrist endet am 6. April 2026, die Vorstellungsgespräche finden vom 14. - 24.
