Job Description: Responsible in handling inbound calls from insurance policy holders and providers Manages the data entry of transactions and logging of cases in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Accountable in the monitoring and timely resolution of customer inquiries and requests Provides accurate, valid, and complete information with the use of the right methods and tools Conducts thorough research and investigation of cases to meet client’s expectations Deliveries high quality, effective, and efficient service Compensation and benefits are the heart of our employment as we venture in offering security and stability to our colleagues.
