As an Intern – Customer Experience , you will play a vital role in supporting our procurement ecosystem. You will ensure our internal stakeholders and suppliers receive seamless support, helping to maintain the operational excellence that allows Roche to focus on delivering healthcare innovation. The Opportunity You manage incoming queries by handling calls, emails, and tickets from the business and suppliers regarding our Procurement system (myBuy), resolving issues or escalating them to the relevant teams when necessary. You assist end-users with general navigation, system functionalities, and process-related questions, ensuring a smooth user experience. You build strong collaborative networks with key stakeholders, maintaining clear and proactive communication across the region. You provide testing and training support , participating in system regression tests and helping to deliver refresh training or documentation updates for the knowledge database. You participate in continuous improvement initiatives by proposing system enhancements and developing your professional skills through knowledge sharing and training sessions. You ensure compliance by adhering to the Procurement Policy, Directives, Guidelines, and Local Procurement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Who You Are You are currently pursuing or have completed a Degree or Diploma in Business Studies, Finance, Accounting, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field. You have a strong interest in Customer Experience and Procurement , with a desire to learn how global systems support a multinational healthcare organization. You possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders. You are proficient in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) , as you must be able to effectively support and deal with parties from China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan . You are a proactive learner who enjoys problem-solving and working within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.     Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
