Join us as an AI/ML Lead to architect cutting-edge Generative AI and ML solutions with strategic impact. We're seeking a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for innovation. 🚀 Key Responsibilities 🛠️ Technical Leadership & Development Design and implement ML models: supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, and reinforcement learning. Build GenAI solutions using RAG, Vector Databases, LangChain, Hugging Face, and Agentic AI frameworks. Leverage frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn for model development. Apply advanced NLP techniques: text classification, RNNs, CNNs, and Transformer-based models (e.g., BERT). Deliver robust end-to-end solutions: data preprocessing, feature engineering, model deployment, and monitoring. 💻 Technical Proficiency Strong programming skills in Python. Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS (Sagemaker, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and related services). 🤝 Team Mentorship & Coaching Lead and mentor data scientists and ML engineers. Set technical direction aligned with business strategy. Promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous learning. 📊 Strategic Advisory & Collaboration Collaborate cross-functionally to embed AI/ML into business products and processes. Offer strategic insights to stakeholders at all levels. Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. 🎓 Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). 5-8 years of relevant experience in AI/ML/Generative AI. 12+ years of total work experience, with proven project and team leadership. Expertise in GenAI technologies: RAG, Vector DBs, LangChain, Hugging Face, and Agentic AI. Proficiency in core ML techniques and NLP with Transformer-based architectures. Strong hands-on experience with Python and AWS services. ⭐ Preferred Experience defining technical strategy for AI/ML projects. Background in the insurance domain.
