Verantwortlichkeiten | Das erwartet Dich In dieser Rolle bist Du der Motor für unsere Produktionsprozesse und stellst sicher, dass Innovation und Präzision Hand in Hand gehen. Deine Aufgaben umfassen: Du übernimmst die fachliche Leitung im Tagesgeschäft des Produktionsbereichs. Dabei begleitest Du Projekte fachlich und stellst den reibungslosen Ablauf sicher. Du betreust Produktionsansätze sowie Betriebsversuche und steuerst moderne Anlagen und Software zur Herstellung unserer Produkte. Du implementierst sicherheits- und qualitätsrelevante Prozesse, führst Batch Record Reviews durch und bewertest Produktionsabweichungen in enger Abstimmung mit den Schnittstellen. Du verantwortest den Transfer von neuen Methoden und Verfahren aus der Entwicklung in den Technikumsmaßstab und optimierst bestehende Einrichtungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Manufacturing Science and Technology. Du führst analytische Tests durch, wertest diese aus und erstellst präzise Herstellvorschriften sowie Kalkulationen gemäß den gültigen Vorgaben. Qualifikationen | Das bringst Du mit Du bist eine proaktive Persönlichkeit, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt und komplexe chemische Fragestellungen strukturiert löst. Du hast Dein Studium der Chemie (Master oder Diplom) erfolgreich mit einer Promotion in organischer Synthese-Chemie abgeschlossen. Du verfügst über fundierte praktische Kenntnisse in der präparativen Synthese. Idealerweise bringst Du bereits Erfahrung im regulierten Produktionsumfeld und im Scale-up (Labor zu Technikum) mit. Du hast Freude daran, Dich in neue technische Anlagen einzuarbeiten, und handelst stets verantwortungsbewusst hinsichtlich Arbeitssicherheit und Qualitätssicherung. Du bist ein Teamplayer, der souverän mit diversen Schnittstellen interagiert und durch Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie eine gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise überzeugt.
